Byat is a showcase residence on the third frond of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Meaning “home” in Arabic, Byat reimagines domestic living through a dialogue between technology, nature, and light. The two-storey villa integrates solar-powered motorized slats, open fluid spaces, and a central courtyard with an olive bonsai — blending innovation, serenity, and architectural precision by the sea.
